End User License Agreement

FREIED CONSULTING, LLC — APPLICATION END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of software applications, connectors, and integrations (each an "Application") operated by Freied Consulting, LLC ("Freied Consulting," "we," "our," or "us").

By connecting to, installing, or using an Application, you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for its intended business purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application, nor reverse engineer it except where permitted by law.

Third-Party Services

An Application may connect to third-party platforms (for example, accounting, ticketing, or productivity services) with your authorization. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms. You may revoke an Application's access to a connected platform at any time through that platform's connection or security settings.

Data

Data accessed by an Application is used solely to provide the service for which the connection was authorized. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy at https://freied.com/privacy-policy/, incorporated herein by reference.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freied Consulting, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to your use of the Application. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Application in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate the license at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using the Application and disconnect it from any connected platforms.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page. Continued use of an Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
